PolyTerra™ PLA Filament is made from renewable resources and is biodegradable. We use renewable resources such as corn starch, sugarcane and cassava. These ingredients are non-toxic, biodegradable and have a long-term positive impact on the environment. Our products are food safe and do not contain toxic or harmful substances.

There is NO delivery cost, we make the product and you will receive it within 5 days, only if you want express delivery then the cost is 5 euros.

You can pay with all credit cards, via PayPal or direct bank transfer.

If, immediately after placing your order, you did not receive a confirmation email, there is a possibility that you entered the wrong address or the ordering process was not completed correctly.

If you have not received your package after a few days and you have not received any notification of delivery in your mailbox or if your package has not been picked up by a relative or neighbor, please send us an e-mail. We will check where your package is located or initiate a request to locate the package accordingly.
